"I am not a career politician, I am a Conservative strong businesswoman who will no longer sit back. San Antonio is a city that should never lose its motivation and determination. As citizens, we must expect our city government to fully represent and evaluate the needs throughout our 10 Districts." Denise

Connectivity makes everything possible
Technology can bring positive changes for our economic development, medical needs, safety and education. Bringing reliable internet to our communities will help our families and Seniors connect with their doctors, students with their teachers, zoom and more. Let’s keep our local businesses open and people thriving.
Encourage Master Planned Communities and encourage Owner occupancy.
Establish sound improvements to Existing housing is affordable housing, demolition is not the answer.
Fix the disconnect that allows distracting designs as infill.
Work to establish a “Zero Net Gain” tax structure. Establish a budget. Establish the amount of property value and set taxation to satisfy the real budget. Eliminate tax payer funded bonuses to the city created by rising property values. Replacing your roof, painting your house, planting landscape should not be considered “Improvements”. Work with the Appraisal District to eliminate unfair practices. Without the fear of increased taxes, many homeowners could beautify their property and the city as a whole.
With Covid 19, citizens have become fully aware that personal vehicles must remain as a safe alternative to VIA. Our safety, health and access to medical and food sources were dependent on having your own car. Our roads must be maintained and our sidewalks repaired for pedestrians. Our officials should not deny personal transportation options nor expect people nor businesses to purchase electric vehicles. Choice is a freedom.
Covid-19 has impacted our economy in all areas of our city. Our Hotel and Tourism industry will take years to recover if we don’t step up soon. Our Hospitality industry has been devastated and over 500 businesses have shuttered.
The city must work with all Chambers and organizations to strategize to get our citizens safely back to work.
We'll ensure businesses are utilizing all available funds to help them with their recovery.
Our First Responders must be supported and advocated for. Our economic security depends on our stable Law Enforcement and advanced teams of Firefighters. Citizens expect their taxes to be utilized effectively to ensure the best men and women will serve our city.
San Antonio must work with other government agencies such as County, State and Federal when needed. Saving us costs and effectiveness for services already funded by our Taxes.
Social Resources... from affordable housing, Mental Health, to better infrastructure must be reviewed. We'll analyze for the best and most cost effective results. Our city must work with our state and county agencies to properly access the needs for those seeking assistance. Let’s work with our local VA to help our homeless veterans. Provide outreach to help victims of Domestic violence.
Identify and eliminate the local Human & Sex trafficking trades.
Let’s work in unison, let’s work smart.
We work for you.
If you call, we must answer.
If you text, we must answer.
If you need services, we must connect you.
We are your neighbors, we are your family.
